On behalf of the children and teachers, thank you for coming to Parent’s Day! The children had an amazing time and enjoyed taking on the role of the teacher. This is what they had to say about the day:
Interesting discoveries have recently been made by the children after we put a variety of electronic items - radios, keyboards, television remote controls and hair dryers – in a center for exploration. Recycling these no longer working items is important to the environment, however, taking them apart has provided an amazing learning opportunity.
It is hard to believe that we are at the end of the 2009-10 school year. It has been our pleasure to watch your children grow throughout the year. We are proud of how the children learned to take turns and share even though there were those moments in which they simply did not want to. more >

Dear Yellow Room Families,
Cycles for Smiles was a huge success!! We want to thank our parents for coming and supporting your child as they rode for Oren. There is no doubt that they understood the mitzvah they did for a friend miles and miles away from the Palisades.
The children have been busy for the past three weeks doing some spring cleaning as we have been preparing for Pesach. We learned about a brave hero named Moses. more >
